Stream of Wisdom Publishing Limited is the operator of SOW Easystore (hereinafter referred to as "SOW","we" or"our"). When you visit a store (hereinafter referred to as the"Store") authorized by our SaaS service provider SHOPLINE(hereinafter referred to as "SHOPLINE"), we may collect,process, and use personal data about you. We are fully aware of the importance of personal data to you, respect your concerns about privacy, and value our relationship. The following describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights:
1. What we collect
We may obtain personal data about you from various sources. We may collect this information when you pass through our store or through your visit and/or use of our social media/social network pages(or the related stores or corresponding applications such as Facebook and Instagram).Our products are sold in many chain companies or other types of brick-and-mortar stores. When you visit our store, our social media/social network pages (or their related stores or corresponding applications), we may also automatically collect information about your device by using technologies such as cookies,web server logs and web beacons.
2. The type of information you provide us
The kinds of personal data collected may include the following categories: 1. Identification - (1) Individual identification(such as member's name, address, phone number, email address, etc.); (2)Financial identification (such as order payment) 2. Note: If transfer is necessary due to the above reasons, we will inform you of the purpose and type of transfer and transferee of the information before the transfer (we will also let you know if sensitive information is involved) and obtain your consent to such transfer, except as otherwise provided by law or regulation. The transferee will continue to perform personal information related obligations hereunder. If we go bankrupt or cease operation and there is no transferee, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
